ส้มตำติดแซ่บเปิดร้านมาตั้งแต่ปี 2022 ด้วยความตั้งใจอยากทำร้านอาหารอีสาน ที่คนพัทยากินได้จริง กินบ่อย ไม่ต้องรอโอกาสพิเศษ รสชาติจัดจ้านแบบคุ้นเคย เหมือนกินข้าวร้านประจำแถวบ้าน
ร้านตั้งอยู่แถวเทพประสิทธิ์ ใกล้หนองปรือ เป็น ร้านอาหารอีสานแถวเทพประสิทธิ์ ที่ลูกค้าทั้งคนพื้นที่และคนทำงานละแวกนี้แวะมากินกันเป็นประจำ ไม่ว่าจะมื้อกลางวันหรือมื้อดึก

Our Story
Somtam Zaeb (ส้มตำติดแซ่บ) was established in 2022 with a simple goal: to serve bold, authentic Isan food in Pattaya that feels familiar to locals and welcoming to visitors from around the world.
Located near the Thep Prasit and Nong Prue area, Somtam Zaeb has become a ร้านอาหารอีสานแถวเทพประสิทธิ์ that many people return to for everyday meals, late dinners, and casual gatherings.
Our kitchen focuses on classic Northeastern Thai dishes such as ส้มตำ ลาบ พัทยา, grilled items, and comforting Isan-style plates, prepared fresh and served with the level of spice our customers expect.
We proudly serve both Thai locals and foreign guests who are looking for a ร้านส้มตำพัทยา เปิดถึงดึก, open daily from morning until midnight, in Central Pattaya and the Nong Prue area.

อาหารอีสานสำหรับฉันไม่ใช่แค่อาหาร แต่เป็นความผูกพัน เป็นความทรงจำ และเป็นรสชาติที่อยู่กับฉันมาตั้งแต่เด็ก ๆ การได้ทำอาหารให้คนอื่นกิน คือความสุขอย่างหนึ่งในชีวิต
ฉันเริ่มทำร้านส้มตำติดแซ่บด้วยใจรัก อยากให้ทุกจานที่ออกจากครัว เป็นอาหารที่กินแล้วรู้สึกอร่อย อิ่มใจ และอยากกลับมากินอีก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคนพัทยา คนทำงานแถวนี้ หรือชาวต่างชาติที่อยากลองอาหารอีสานแท้ ๆ
ฉันตั้งใจเลือกวัตถุดิบ ปรุงรสทุกจานด้วยตัวเอง เพราะอยากให้ลูกค้ารู้สึกเหมือนมากินข้าวบ้านเพื่อน ได้กินส้มตำ ลาบ และอาหารอีสานรสจัดแบบที่ฉันภูมิใจนำเสนอ

Isan food is more than just food to me. It is a part of my life, my memories, and the flavors I grew up with. Cooking for others has always been one of the greatest joys in my life.
I started Somtam Zaeb with genuine love for Isan cuisine and a simple wish: to serve food that feels comforting, honest, and satisfying. Whether you are a local in Pattaya or a visitor discovering Isan food for the first time, I want you to feel welcome here.
Every dish is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and bold flavors, just the way Isan food should be. I hope each plate makes you feel at home and leaves you wanting to come back again.
